THE VALET DELAFOSSE
rare item
The valet is the cornerstone of masculine elegance, essential to the dressing ritual.
Antoine Dariule has created a piece that is a little different, imbued with a certain je-ne-sais-quoi that contributes to this feeling of the sweetness of life. With its Greek base, its design is inspired by the neoclassical.
The combinations of materials, the finishes both raw and precious give it all its uniqueness.
The name given to the valet “Delafosse” comes from the famous French architect and decorator Jean-Charles Delafosse (1734-1791). His most famous collection of engravings is the Nouvelle Iconologie Historique, first published in 1768. He is the theoretician of the “square” Louis XVI style and the beginnings of neoclassicism.
